This company is a joke! First off they have catchy advertisements on craigslist and monster etc. About entry level customer service/sales jobs that offer "Paid Training". When you call some lady named Brandy answers, who by the way sounds like a fake you know what. She will tell you that they are hiring for customer service positions that will lead to management within 4 months. She also states that the position has a hourly wage PLUS commision. I was excited to start an opportunity to maybe have a career with a company that promised promotion and a hour wage and commission. So I took the job and long story short there is no hour wage and commission. My first week I did 7 sign ups. They sell Directv. We are told we get $100 per sign up AND a base pay of $350 a week. So some guy named Lee sits me down after I have a question why my check was only $239.00 when I was expecting over $1000 with the "base pay" plus my $700 commission. He tells me that my sign ups did not get installed, NONE OF THEM! I called the customers that I signed up because I was fishy about this "company" and kept record and 6 of the 7 I signed up did get installed. He stole from me. He stole my time, my money, and my dignety. They pay your base on a 44 hour structure. Well they make us work almost 70 hours or they fire you! Which they did to me. They make you work Monday-Friday from 11am to 830pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 8pm! When I would leave after my 40 hour week Lee would call me and make me sit in with him in the morning telling me I will never grow if I only work 40 hour weeks.
This guy is a crook from California and I guarentee he will not be in Wisconsin long. He is going to piss off the wrong person if this is how this company is ran and I dont wish bad on anybody but I know this guy has some bad karma. Stay away from this "company"
