I had applied for dept consolidation loan from Charter Financing Services at 280 Executive Park Dr. Concord, NC 28025 phone number 888-420-0999 ext. 107 I received a call saying I was approved for a loan for $25,000 I was told that I could either have a co-signer or take out insurance that would pay my loan payments if I became ill or got hurt and could not work. The insurance was $750.00 The co-signer had to make $50,000 a year. My son who has perfect credit co-signed for me. I called Mr. James Reed back and he said that my sons credit wasn't good enough. I have tried for the last 5 days to contact Mr. James Reed and I cannot get anything but a answering machine I have left lots of messages. He will not return my calls. I think he is mad because I would not pay the money for the so called insurance.
