I ordered this so called 'free trial' as well, and not only was the product a peice of junk, they billed me $98 for not returning it in time! I saw no statement saying that I needed to return a free product, only that I had to pay for shipping and handling. This is an absolute scam, without a doubt, and not only is it outrageous that they charge so much money behind your back, but also that the product itself doesn't work. I swear it's just fancy soap in those bottles. It's all a fraud when it comes to AuraVie. I even had to cancel my credit card just to stop them from stealing more money from me.
