I took out a loan for 150 dollars two years ago. Things got bad for me and i had to claim bankruptcy and i included them. Last month, two years after i bankrupted them, i reapplied for a new loan. They then had my new banking information and denied me the new loan, but took out 200 dollars for the loan i bankrupted two years ago! They did not have permission to withdraw any funds from my account!
