On june 29th my bank via text notification a charge of 31.20 to my visa debit/credit not remembering making a purchase that day internet was out and did not leave the house after contacting the bank requesting to dispute the charges i was told customer care page had submitted for payment a bill of 31.10 contacted them via e-mail no reply called 1800 number told cswebtools.com upon further investigation found the customer care page had been a proxy for cswebtool.com in the united kingdom requested info told credit card info had to be given to extract purchase records without info they can not pull up records. I refused to give info they disconnected the call contacted cswebtool via live chat same song and dance no credit card info unable to pull up records on july 2 an additional 31.10 charge same thing same companies i called and cancelled all credit cards and my debit card " the thieving bastards wont get me again"
