This was a pop-up on my computer while I was searching for from Pdf. U-Bill.com. I was searching for an ICD-9-CM refernce site when this poped up. It made it seem like it was the ICD-9-CM reference download. It was a pdf download for $11.95. I tried to close it. It never downloaded anything to my computer and it charged me $73.63!
