This company cannot do more than you can do yourself by law. They won't tell you the money is non refundable thats why they'll want you to run your card before telling you what they do. Call hireright for free dac report & fill out dispute form & contact previous employer to email, write or verbally dispute your inaccuracies. Thats all this company does. Check them out @ bbb or federal trade act commission & you'll be amazed. They will pray on your desperation to find work & not tell you their not a legal organization or that they can only do what you can for yourself. Sad that there are companies that decieve drivers that got a bum rap then take their money to boot. The success cases are people who did'nt know they can easily fight their innacuracies or too lazy then gave credit to this company. Be carefull drivers. If you've tried everything yourself to no avail you may have to change careers or find a small company that does'nt utilize dac. Good luck fellow drivers
