I would like to warn anyone with, or without an account with Clear Wireless (Clear.com) you should stay as far away from them as you can.
My story goes like this, I don't usually take the time to file reports like this but this company had me so angry by their blatant lying that I could not let it rest without some type of action. Right now its about protecting consumers.
My friend is a Russian lady. She speaks about 65% English. Enough to communicate on the phone and understand people. She called me and asked for assistance to handle the canceling of her Clear Wireless account.
I asked why? What is happening?
She informed me that she needed to cancel her account because she got a better rate with comcast. So when she called clear.com to request a cancellation, it took 45 minutes of being on hold with some annoying music, shifting to "other" departments until she got to this so called cancellation department.
