I found a cute little puppy online. I sent the money in and the lady told me the puppy would be here today and it isnt here. I want to know how do i go about getting my money back. I told the lady i wanted to get both puppies. I paid for the male first and waited on him to get here. He never showed up so i figured it was a scam and told the lady i wasnt paying. She got mad and told me not to message her anymore.
