Scammer Called Three Times and Texted Before Hanging Up

An American Cash Awards scammer, supposedly named David Washington, has called me 3 times today and decided it might be smart to text, too. He just hung up on me when I answered, "US Marshal's Service, Officer Bell speaking." Wow, I can't believe he was so abrupt when ending his fabulous offer.
