Ordered a free sample of Proslim and FibraDetox. Immediately after ordering, I went online and found multiple complaints against the company, so I sent an email to cancel the order. (There is no phone number given anywhere to talk with someone.) I put a cc to myself on the cancellation email, and it was apparently blocked... It never came through! I've never, ever had that happen.
I had only received a confirmation of an order from Proslim, not FibraDetox (so I could only reply to the Proslim order # to cancel it). I then got a phone call from someone several days later saying that it appeared that I had tried to order FibraDetox but that it 'didn't go through'. I told him that I had changed my mind, and didn't wish to order it.
Worried that I was going to be away for some time and my mail would be held, I actually called my credit card to cancel it and get a new card, which they talked me out of. Bottom line: after having mail held an extended period while away (and paying my credit card via phone by simply calling and getting my balance and paying it... Without seeing the bill), I came home to 2 months' bills and packages of stuff that I had cancelled. So far, that totals $359.76, and I'm told tonight that another $179.88 is ready to hit tomorrow... If that goes through - and they say it will - I'll be out $539.64. What a nightmare!
