I took broadband and phone line with them but the broadband didn't work correctly. Had another man out to the house but still didn't fix it. I've now spent 3 months talking to bt trying to get the internet to work correctly but still no luck. Took a month to get bt to finally log a complaint. This is still on going. I can never get hold of the complaints department never get hold of the same person and get transferred for hours at a time with no luck this is a very small and brief over view of what I've been dealing with and even the bt adviser all agree I've gone through more than i should and the service I've had is no were good enough.
