Submitted a loan modification back in Feb faxed all papers, was told i qualified for monthly payment etc. Wanted 1500 up front and as an option of 2-3 payments, as long as it was paid, so sent in the money, since then, all the running around of requesting more papers back and forth, just received messages saying they're working on it, here it is Aug im in bankruptcy they are threatening to foreclose on my home with no results, just saying NOW i don't qualify -HOW DARE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE WITH OUR LIVES, SOMEONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS THESE GUYS ARE CRIMINALS not us because were not up to date with our mortgage were trying hard with this economy and they're getting away with murdering people of their self esteem and willingness to live, wheres our FEDERAL GOVERNMENT???
