I went in this store with issues with not being able to get my voice mails and web not working on the phones I purchased from this store. The employee says come back later and see if web is working so I did and this is where things get scary! When I walked in this employee was acting strange and rude, all I said was I'm just going to stop with the web and go to the talk and text. He started making comments and calling me a b%, stupid bi% and an idiot. I ask him for his corporate number and he started saying they gonna laugh at you like I'm doing. I said nobody laughed when they got my money! He said yes we did and I said wow what an ass. He said ass I'm gonna tress pass you bi% and started yelling why you leaving why you running. I left got in the car put my seat belt on and he was in front of my car yelling I got something for you why you running? I said leave me alone just stop and he started yelling I'm on the phone with the police!!! He covered the phone and called me a white bi%!!! I called the 611 and corporate but no one could give me the owners information! I have been having chest pains and numbness on my left arm all due to this crazy person who was acting like a spoiled ass. I never called him a racial name, he was angry and loud very intimidating I feel sick and disgusted that people are aloud to work in customer service or even have a job with that kind of mentality.
