I came in to buy a slow cooker / crock pot by hamilton beach and they would not sell me the display mondel and there were no more on the shelf and they were on sale

I came in to your store in norfolk ne. To buy a crock pot that was on sale for 27.99 reg 39.99 i think it was a hamilton beach and the clerk said that she could not sell me the display and there were no more on the shelf if it is on sale i think they should keep the shelf full.
