I signed up for a fre trial for $2.99. Nowhere did it include a subscription for $74.98 a month. But then I see it billed on my credit card without my approval nor any notice.

I am now disputing this charge with my credit card company. They are in Massachussets so perhaps I can file internet fraud charges in California and/or Massachussetts.
