Hi there,
Its a bad site, you may contact the company and no one will respond to your emails.
On a number of counts I have three different computers locked out of the site on two different internet connections and then was bid out of the auction. One of my friends has experienced the same problem and has also spent a whole lot of money. There is absolutely no way to win, the moment it gets close your locked out and you need to re log into the site, in that time you have lost the auction. Dont go there, issues are never responded to and I had left them a number of queries in which they dont respond, my friend had also experienced the same.
