Shoes not recieved no tracking numbe

I send a money order to this company i forget to send a order form with the money but some has got my payment but i can't get no responds and deal with this company before and had no problem but i paid through paypal so now that stop doing paypal but something isn't right and times are hard and i need my money back or product
