On Aug. 3rd, usdriectexpress allowed some company by the name of Simplexity to take 400.00 out of my acct. Without my permission. I was in the hospital at the time. I got out of hospital Aug. 5th and found this out. I called usdirectexpress and when I finally got through to them they informed me I had to wait 5 days before anything could be done.
I explained to the representative I have bills to pay and I can't wait 5 days. She informed me I had no choice and hung up. I've made several calls since then and can't get through to usdrirectexpress. Also, I called a Simplexity company and was put on hold for over 1/2 an hour to no avail there either. So here i sat not being able to pay bills
