I just happened to be looking at my wells fargo account and it stated that there was 30.00 taken out of my account. Which caused me to get a nsf fee of $35.00. I've been calling for a month now and keep being told that there is a glich in the system. How did they get my information, i do not know. I spoke to a person name sandra parks, ID# 126. That is if that is a real name. There is no way that the system has had a glich for a whole month. Has anyone else experienced this problem with this company? If you have had this happen to you and recieved your money back, can you please tell me what i need to do.
