Yellow-Page-USA.com Misleading fax, very deceptive, yellow page look alike copy, Dubai is head office

This is a fax received that looks just like yellow page fax. Thought yellow book wanted to renew. Signed up. Called company to cancell and they said can'Now t cancell. This is a scam. Head office is in Dudai, UAE. Now are threating to ruin my credit rating with additional late fees. No phone. No one to answer e mails. This is a scam!
