We were on vacation and convinced under totally false pretenses to purchase a vacation resort package. The sales man lied to us completely!!! I have filed a complaint and request to be released from the company, and have been given the runaround for several months. Now they have written us per our request for something in writing a generic letter that did not address any of our complaints, saying we will not be released from this! They have offered us a settlement of 2000.00 but it is an expensive way to pay a crook to not ruin our credit!!!
