I own a Private Investigation and Security Firm in Florida and I was tasked to order some light-bars and traffic advisers for several vehicles as a result of the August RNC. On May 25, I ordered several lights from various companies as we were searching for a possible provider for future needs. I ordered from Rim Industries Inc a Sho-Me Chameleon Traffic Adviser for a good price. After a month, I sent an email and did not get a response. I then sent them a stronger email and got a response saying my item would be shipped by the end of the week. When I had not received my shipment within 2 weeks, I called the store. The gentleman I spoke with apologized and advised me the product was still at the manufacturer and that he would have it shipped directly to my location. He advised that they would email me the tracking number within 48 hours. Never happened. It has been almost two months, I still haven't received my item. If the item had been on backorder, I would have appreciated an email. I have less than three weeks left to get the item and get it installed on my vehicle. Order #105190.
