I used PayPal to pay for two pairs of Sofft Spezia shoes. To this day, I have not received my purchase. I contacted the seller (www.anne-shoes.com) on four separate occasions and never received a response.
When I filed a claim with PayPal, the "Seller" provided a USPS tracking number. I have no doubt this is a bogus number, just as reported in other complaints.
I hope that PayPal will investigate, rather than hide its head in the sand and pretend that a phony tracking number is somehow equivalent to two pairs of shoes.
This is very disappointing. One would expect PayPal to be more savvy in building business partnerships...
