I also ordered already in July 2 x 2 tickets for both the Equestrian Dressage Team finals for Augsut 7 as well as for Dressage finals indivuduals August 9. All seemed very well, pleasant staff, a double payment was returned within a short time and all seemed correct. Till I received word that tickets could not be delivered outside the Uk. (I am Dutch and live in the Netherlands. My UK Londond based office was earmarked as the recipient and the personal login did conform the change. Then we receive a mail that the Metropolitian police as well as the norgwegian police have blocked all websites, confiscated the tickets and here we are. Empty handed, money lost and tremendous joy taken away. I underline that at the time in July their site looked like the official site. I also do not understand why Operations Podium did not warn us earlier.
