Nationwide sold a car to me without disclosing it had collision damage present on the right quarter panel and rear bumper. The vehicle was represented to be in fair condition. I was advised of a broken fog lamp, and multiple dings on the doors and the left side of the rear bumper (dings from damage other than collision). My check was cashed and title transferred to my name in a good faith transaction based on description of condition of vehicle. The collsion damage on reight rear of vehcile was never revealed prior tosale becoming final.
