I've had k. Hovnanian out several times to fix my basement. This over a period of three years and it's still not fixed. There's a big crack under my front doorstep this is about an inch wide or more, they put a patch there that didn't work! They cut a hole in my basement wall which they didn't fix. They was supposed to have fixed the crack in my basement floor and that opened again. There are warped boards that they used for my flooring that they can't be fixed. The water pipes sounds like it's coming through the floor when flush the toilet. One side of the railing to my deck is loose.
