I received a letter from them aswell but i knew it was a scam because you never have to send money to get money from publisherclearing house i just put that there to submit my complaint it seems like to me there is some way to stop this if the united states cant stop people from scaming people from abroad its clear how people from other countries just come on in our country and do whatever Lord help us I WORK TO HARD TO BE HARRASED with scam mail
