I put a new carburetor on my chipper and it would not run right. I took it to Smith;s shop and was quoted $80 to have it running. Upon pick up I was told the gas tank was bad and replaced ata cost of additional $10. Now the machine still did not run and was left for further repair. This time on pickup the price changed to$110 as the carb had to be cleaned. Not honoring the original quote I was held at ransom to get ny machine back. When I tried using my machine, gas leaked out of the carb and the cutter would not keep runnuing. I did not want to take it back to the butcher, so I removed the carb and sent it back to the seller. I received a message that the carb is out of warranty as it had been worked on. I am waiting to get my carb back repaired so I can use my machine.
Smith, shop uses no paper trail, taxes or receits, so it is impossible to get actio as there are not papers.
