I ordered two of the "two for one" induction cooktops packages (four units). Not only did I only receive two units, but they charged me $282.65 for shipping and handling.
I finally got to talk to a rep after being lucky and getting on the phone for a 35 minute hold. She said she would send the additional cooktops but the the shipping and handling was "correct".
