I was billed a $30.00 charge for a service I did not want, I requested a refund on 6/26 and was told I would receive it back in 15 business days. It is now 7/30 and I have not received my refund yet. I have called several times and have been told there is a glitch in their system and to wait another 3-5 days and keep getting the same excuse. I need this taken care of ASAP. Thank you
