$30.00 was deducted from my checking account on June 18. The latter was made without my consent. I called Pacific Advances the same day to inquire about the charge. The representative said my account would be refunded. I've called several times since June 18th and I always get the same answer, which is that I will receive a refund in 3-5 days. Today when I called I was unable to get a live person on the phone.
