I had a similar experience to Anne with this company. They promised to refund me 2 lots of money - refunded one amount quickly and easily. Then another SEVEN months, lots of e-mails and phone calls & plenty of lies (saying they had sent the money by paper cheque - even had one conference call with my bank to check i had not received the money - which was confirmed by my bank) until eventually some cocky young man (apparently a manager) rang me and said that I could only receive the refund as goods from their company ($109 worth) and he claimed I should have been told this all along, although acknowledged that i had been strung along for all these months. I have absolutely no interest in their completely rubbish products. What completely amazes me is that I have sent 3 letters of complaint to their head quarters in Belize and received not one answer. How can such a large company not have a complaints procedure. How can they get away with treating customers this way? I would love to take legal action but appreciate that I would lose out finanially. It is a terrible company - please be aware before you purchase from them. They have no morals and no complaints procedure / department if you need to file a complaint.
