Like the title explains I have spent over 90 hours doing cosmetic resets for free apparently with this company. I filled out all the paperwork, gotten all of the stamps and signatures required for payment but I have yet to receive payment or any information regarding my situation from the company. It seems like no one wants to be the one to help me. I contacted my district manager Kathy Gault and she tells me to contact payroll, when i contact payroll they tell me to contact my district manager.
I called the resolution center and they were unable to help me. I feel like I am being cheated by this company. The funny thing about the situation is that they have paid me for smaller jobs which were sent into the company with the paperwork for the larger unpaid jobs. I have done this type of work for other companies so i am familiar with the process.instead of helping me figure out the situation, they lock me out of the system for uncompleted jobs so i can't even see if they have gotten the paperwork.
Oh and one last thing, when you first sign on with the company, they tell you that you get to pick and choose from a list of different jobs (this is good since they do not pay mileage and you can plan out a route so you spend less on gas) but they would constantly add jobs to my account that I had never even signed up for. I have heard that this is common practice for this company and i feel like i have been wronged. I hope this reaches the right outlets and maybe it will save someone else from having to deal with companies like Convergence.
