Hello - do not engage in this company or with Thomas Black in a scam to buy your Mayan Palace Time share. It is a scam. Unfortunately we were involved in January with ERA property movers in California and fell for this same time share scam.
You will lose your money and there will be no sale - they will ask for transfer fees to be sent to a bank in Mexico.
