Blame it on desperation to lose those last few pounds, blame it on sleep deprivation, but yes, I ordered the Tummy Tuck System! After losing 85 pounds and keeping it off for 3 years, I just want the last 10 pounds (the roll below my belly button) to be gone NOW... At my age, crunches/sit ups are really hard to do!
After trying the product for three weeks, in addition to continuing exercise and eating healthy, I did not see any difference in my tummy (the lower one we all want to get rid of). I was losing weight (thanks to healthier eating and exercise) but I wanted those inches/roll/pooch off! Even wearing their belts, I could not see a difference (even after ordering two smaller ones - at shipping cost only of $5 each).
I decided to return the product before my 30 days were up. I paid to return everything, insured and with a return receipt. According to the return information, 10 days after they receive the product back, they are suppose to return money to my account (less shipping). By June 24th I did not have my money, by July 10th, still no money. I called on July 26 and was told by "carl" (intentionally not capitalized because I don't believe that is his real name) that he would issue credit today and I would receive it in my account in 5-7 working days, but the credit card may hold it longer (?). I was trying to explain that I should have ALL my money returned, that they took out almost as much for shipping as for the product, and (surprise) dial tone...
So apparently they make their money in shipping charges. It didn't cost me $25.54 to return it (the amount they charge to ship it, I paid less than $15). I should have wondered why they were so quick to send me smaller belts and only charge shipping (another $9.98) charge. Total I paid altogether is $95.48 for product/shipping, $14.00 for returned shipping = $109.48. All they will return is $59.97 for the original product - and this only after I called about it. Yet, in order to get that, I had to return EVERYTHING.
Do not order this product. Just keep walking, swimming, biking and eating healthy. Eventually, the roll will be gone. I don't think I'll be ordering anything off the TV, or from magazines.instead of watching infomercials, QVC, HSN, etc, just go exercise. If we all stop, maybe we'll get companies who really do live up to their claims.
