I went through global link inc also got this mess adn can't use it. And can't even cancel it. They assured me that my son would be able to us eit but he couldn't. That was the day I purchased it. I have been trying to get them to do something and they won't. I advise EVERYONE DO NOT use this service. It is a complete ripoff.
