I was looking for a puppy online and found one on www.pennysaversusa.com and emailed a seller about an english bulldog puppy and received an email back the next day asking me basic questions to see if I would be a suitable family for her puppy. She than told me that I would be a perfect family for her. She than asked me for my sender information to be able to send the puppy to me. I gave her my information and she told me all i would be paying in $150 to get the ownership papers put into my name. Later the pet delivery "company" that she dropped the puppy off at called and was want the payment to be able to transfer the papers to my name to deliver the puppy. The than asked for my card number which i refused to give them and they than suggested to use western union and so i did. I wired them $150 to get papers. The they said the puppy would arrive the next day at noon, they called the next morning before noon to say that the puppy couldn't be boarded because we didn't sign the papers. We than sign papers and sent them back they than said that the puppy needed insurance to travel which was $545 that would be refunded as soon as the puppy arrived at my home. We than wrote the "seller" of the puppy and she continued to apologize and said she had no idea and said she would pay half and sent it to them and we sent $300. They told us that our puppy would arrive bright and early at 8 am. The next day the puppy didn't arrive so we called around 9 am when the phone finally started to ring. They answered and told us that the puppy was in Indiana and that it needed a new crate to travel in and that we can rent one for $200. We told them that we sent everything we had for the insurance yesterday and that we could afford that. They told us that they just needed $200 for the crate rental and that it would also be refunded as soon as the puppy arrived at our door. We told them that they should waive the fee for all the money had already put toward the puppy they said that this could not be done that we needed to rent a crate. They than offered to pay $100 of it if we pay $100. We told them no and started to ask for a refund of everything together that we no longer wanted to do business with them. They told the could than later after arguing the told us we would have to call another company which was a out of country number that we couldn't call. They than said that they would refund my money but that i had to send another $50 to be able to have the money transferred to me. I told them i was not giving him another penny that i just want a total refund of my money that if they needed money to send it back just to take it out of what they are going to send me. They than said no and started yelling at me demanding i send if i want my money back. I told them no that they could take it out of what amount needs to be sent to me. They than hung up and i called back and they told me to stop calling they had other clients. They than turned off the phone where all calls went straight to voice mail. I called several time with the same outcome. About and hour later they called and didn't say anything just was silent and i could hear typing in the background noise. They did this about seven times until i text-ed them and told them that i have all their real names and info. Than the calls stopped. I never received a refund nor am i being sent the "puppy." The persons involved with Mr. Cory Stephans of Camroon, Limbe, Mac Edimo of Cleveland, OH (the seller) Ruth Sheri of greenland city, Cameroon (seller), Dr. Emeratus Dennings (issuer) and Lisa the "english bulldog puppy." I would like all the help i can get to get my money back and have them found so that this will never happen to another person.
