I was no longer working for the company over one month prior to this check and they deducted $99.00 from my final check for desk/phone rent.
When I called payroll, I was informed they needed to verify that the termination date that they had no file, as well as on my final check, was correct. They money never should have been deducted and they knew it from the termination date they had yet they still took it and I am playing hell getting it back and receiving no return calls.
