Mr winn started building a porch and will not come back to finish. He startedjune 13th. The roof is leaking ang i have not been able to get him to come look at it. It is the part he put on. The building inspector turned it down, and he will do nonething i have since learned of 4 people he has not finish he ask for his money that he is in great need and that no way would he leave me hanging.
