This is a total SCAM. I was trying to access a practice test for my son. There was a $1.99 fee. I paid that, but still couldn't access the practice test. Then my next credit card statement indicates a $1.99 charge and a $69.99 charge. I complained to the credit card company (CITI). It recently came back as a reverse charge in their favor. So I am out $72.00 for nothing. I can't believe how crooked the world has become.
