I ordered sample for $1.99 shipping and no where on the order page did it mention that my credit card will be charge again. I got charged $89.95 but never received any product for the charge. It all started when I saw a picture of a woman named Mary in San Francisco and her story of changing her face to younger look in 2 weeks. I would have been very cautious, but the Ad was displayed on MSN and I thought it was a story interviewed by MSN. There were many customer comments underneath and it sounded really real. I thought it was only $1.99 sample, along with Kollagen, another product that cost $4.95 shipping. No where in the Ad mentioned that there will be continuous charge after that. It was totally an impression that you try the two samples to see if it works after 2 weeks. I thought it was only $7 for the two, so it's worth a try. All the customer comments were good and no one mentioned about the continuous charges. The next page was big text boxes for personal billing and shipping info and no where to see any potential damage. That's how I ordered Derma pure. I found out the $89.95 charge by accident because I never received the products for that. They said I had 14 days to cancel and I was late. So they could only give me $19.21 discount, and told me to go to the post office to look for the product using the tracking number. I was very upset because the post office near my home was far away from my work. With all the extra time spent and travel, it was too much a hassle.
