Long distance problems after working briefly for NHCD 2 yrs ago. Rip-off! Sioux City

I'm having the same problem as Dionne from Carson, CA. I too worked for NHCD very briefly (less than one week, bad experience, but that's another story) and suddenly I can no longer use my long-distance service. No one from NHCD seems to know what to do and they say I'm no longer listed as an employee. Any suggestions??
