I was checking my balance online and noticed a pending transaction for $10.35. This is the second time this year. For some reason the complaint I filed with my bank did not go through the first time. I am going and filing a complaint with them again tomorrow and maybe even close the card out. They need to be stopped from doing this. This is just morally wrong!!
