On 06/08 I ordered the first sample of the product for postage of $1.95. I was then sent another order on 06/28 and billed for $94.90. I called the company who "suggested" that I 'give it to a friend' since I had already been charged for it. I told them that I had given the first sample away as it broke out my face—I don't want acne at 63. I had to fill out some forms, but they did credit $89.95 of the cost to me. Today, when I got my credit card statement, I learned they had charged me for the first sample also. I called the company and spoke to Josh who assurred me that this was correct and that I should have read the fine print included in the box about the deadline for reporting problems about the product within the two week trial of DermaPure. All I said was that this would qualify as fraud in my opinion and I would report my problems with his company!
