I informed the emerald hollow home owners association / care of assetpro, that a gutter which is attached to the roof and is commonly used for more than one house was detaching from my roof. I was informed that I was the sole responsible party, even though this is a commonly used gutter. Also, my neighbor hammered a railroad spike into our shared driveway without my consent. This neighbor is also the board president of the association. The association lied and stated a surveyor hammered the nail, when I actually witnessed my neighbor do this. The association also continue to forward me a statement with a bogus $150 fine listed, and this fine has no description of what it's for. This organization deliberately stress me and harass me!
