Their site is very hard to understand... And I believe it is intentionally so... I tried to opt out by removing my credit card from their payment system and was told that even though I did that... That I would still be charged and that I needed to go on to a help screen. I believe that someone should take action against them as I have been reading a lot of similar reactions here. Also the agent, when I called to get them to remove the charge was very snippy and not very helpful... Shameful customer service
