Purchased Winston light ciggerettes for a gift to my brother in Cooperstown Ny order # 1345316. When they did not arrive I contacted freetaxpayments.com they said they would resend which they never did. When they did not arrive I contacted the post office in Cooperstown. They sent back to sender the original package on 3/29. We have not recieved a package OR a credit back to our account.
