I was having 2 Yorkshire Terrier puppies transported to me at a cost of $550.00. This morning I received an email from the company requiring me to send them another $920.00 because the puppies health assurrance papers were not in order after they assurred me that all the papers were good and that a veternarian had checked the puppies over and that all was fine. Basically they were holding the puppies ransom if indeed there were any puppies to begin with. They have refused to refund my money.
I either want my money back or the puppies without any additional expense which I did not agree too.
