I signed up for extramoneyzone.com to be a "mystery shopper" the signup fee was $2.95 (So they say) I checked it out didn't want to continue, they said there would be a 7-day trial for me if I wanted to cancel my membership I could get my money back guarantee. Money still wasn't returned..
